ACCOUNT Questions

Yes, it's free to create an account. No credit card is required to sign up. You only need to submit your account name, email, and password.

The free trial is 15 days for a plan by your choice. After that, the account can continue using the service by paying the selected plan's monthly fee.

Upon login, you can go to your 'Account' and choose which details to edit.

Account deletion is not available because we need to keep the login details to avoid the opening of an unlimited number of free trials. If you have concerns about your privacy, please let us know at dpo@guideapi.com

Everyone with your login details can access the account and use the API service. There are no limitations on the number of logged-in users.

At this point, we don't have this feature, but if it's crucial for your business, please let us know.

PAYMENT Questions

To make your first payment, you need to select a plan and submit your credit card details. Then, every month the payment will happen automatically based on the subscription plan you choose to use.

We only accept credit card payments. Stripe handles all transactions, and we do not store your credit card details.

You can upgrade your plan when you're logged in. Under the section 'Account' you can switch to a plan by your choice. The upgrade will happen immediately.

Unfortunately, we do not have a refund option. The free trial has 15 days to test the service, and you can cancel your subscription at any time.

You can only continue using the API tool after activating a subscription for any plan of ours.

Yes, we do add VAT because we're an Irish company. It's 21%. You will see the final price (VAT included) at the end of your order. All personal accounts and all non-VAT registered companies will be charged with VAT. If you're a VAT-registered company within the EU, you can contact us and request a price/invoice without VAT.

API Questions

Log in to your account, then go to 'My Flows', click on the button '+' and start creating your API flow.

Under the section 'My Flows', you can open any of your API flows and make the necessary changes.

On the API flow page, you have an option to make the flow public or you can generate a unique share link from 'My Clients' for an individual client.

Under the section 'My Clients', you can add a client and assign the account to your flows.

Using the page 'My Clients', you can manage your clients and their access.

Go to 'My Clients' upon login, click on a user, then change the details that you wish to update.
